Holding ethical sourcing, quality and environmental sustainability as our core values we individually select all of our green beans through a transparent direct trade importer before hand roasting to bring out the deliciously unique flavours within each coffee.
Ethical Sourcing
Working closely with our importers Falcon Coffees, who share our vision and core values, allows us to guarantee quality and ethical sourcing through their transparent direct trade partnerships with farmers. Their goal is to improve the economic outcomes in coffee supply chains by changing the culture from profiteering to nurturing, sharing the responsibility of environmental stewardship and social cohesion.
Quality
By roasting each and every batch of speciality coffee by hand with zero automation and bespoke profiles for each coffee, we are able to follow the coffee seasons as well as roasting to order to guarantee you receive the freshest, tastiest coffee available.
Environmental Sustainability
Deciding to be single use plastic free we are constantly updating our packaging choices to offer the most environmentally sustainable solutions based on the current material options and local/national waste disposal services, please see our packaging page for our current methods.
Reducing waste wherever possible, all of our wholesale customers receive their coffee in reusable containers and many of our local customers collect their coffee direct from the roastery into their own reusable coffee storage tins.
